Raids

To first start a raid you have to get shot by a pilliger with a banner and get the bad omen effect.

And then, when you walk into a village (See Villages) you will trigger a raid. A raid comes in waves when hostile mobs like pillagers and evokers will attack you and the villagers.

If you beat the raid then you get the hero of the village status effect which discounts trades.
